06 September 2018IWC wanted to create a boutique experience that would allow their customers to discover the possibilities of their watch range, with an innovative solution unlike anything offered by competitors.
An offline to online experience
Our smart mirror solution enables customers to view a wide range of specification and customisation possibilities by simply interacting with their reflection and the watch on their wrist. We also created a mobile app, that enables users to take away all the information gathered during their boutique visit, including the warranty card and sales contact, and invitations for future events.
